Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong hands-on development experience and proven technical leadership skills. The role will focus on Dynamics 365 CRM – Field Service, solution development, integrations, technical design, team mentoring, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

- Work extensively on Dynamics 365 Field Service implementations and customizations.

- Develop and maintain C#/.NET plugins and CRM customizations.

- Build solutions using JavaScript, Power Automate, HTML/CSS and integrations.

- Design scalable technical solutions based on business requirements.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure solution quality.

- Work with Power BI and SSRS for reporting requirements.

- Support Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile App solutions.

- Handle testing, deployment, production support, and issue resolution.

- Lead, mentor, and guide development team members.





- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on technical requirements and delivery.

Must-Have Skills

- 8–12 years of relevant Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM – Mandatory

- Dynamics 365 Field Service – Mandatory

- Strong C# / .NET experience.

- Hands-on Dynamics 365 Plugin Development.

- Robust JavaScript skills.

- Power Automate Flows & Integration.

- HTML/CSS.

- Power BI Reporting.

- SSRS Reporting.

- Dynamics 365 Field Service Mobile App experience.

- Proven experience in technical leadership / team mentoring.

- Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

- Enterprise-level Dynamics 365 CRM implementation experience.

- Experience with complex CRM integrations.

- Exposure to solution architecture and technical design.

- Experience with production support and deployment.

- Additional Microsoft Power Platform experience.

Candidate Criteria

- Immediate to 45 days' notice period only.

- Strong communication skills are mandatory due to the client-facing nature of the role.

- Minimum 2 years of stability in organizations preferred.

- Strong hands-on technical experience is required; purely managerial profiles will not be considered.
