Job Summary

We are looking for an After Sales Engineer with experience in equipment servicing, mechanical component replacement, electrical circuit troubleshooting, wiring, and equipment parameter debugging. Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial equipment/machinery after-sales service will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Dismantle, inspect, and replace mechanical components of equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot electrical circuits and perform wiring operations on-site.
- Perform equipment parameter setting, configuration, and debugging.
- Conduct cleaning and machine-operation training for on-site operators.
- Inspect equipment after machine use and ensure proper cleaning and operating practices.
- Provide on-site technical support and resolve equipment-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical troubleshooting and service requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in after-sales service, equipment service, machinery maintenance, or field service engineering.
- Ability to understand and interpret 3D drawings.
- Hands-on ability to independently dismantle and replace equipment components.
- Positive understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and circuit fault diagnosis.
- Experience in equipment parameter setting and debugging.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
- Willingness to travel to China for approximately 2 weeks of training after joining.
