Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Merchant with strong production merchandising experience to manage production planning, TNA, coordination, communication, and documentation. Candidates from the Home and Apparel background with hands-on production exposure are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage production merchandising activities and ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Prepare and monitor production plans to meet delivery timelines.
• Prepare, maintain, and track TNA (Time and Action) calendars.
• Coordinate with factories and buying houses for production-related activities.
• Handle effective internal and external communication with relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up on production progress, timelines, approvals, and pending actions.
• Support target costing and ensure production activities remain commercially aligned.
• Maintain proper files, records, production documents, and order-related information.
• Identify production delays or issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Work closely with internal teams, factories,



and buying houses to ensure timely order execution.

Candidate Profile
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Home, Home Furnishing, Home Textile, Apparel, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of production processes and merchandising activities.
• Experience in handling factories and coordinating with buying houses.
• Good knowledge of TNA and production planning.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong organisational skills with good file and documentation management.
• Diploma or relevant qualification.
