QHT Clinic is a leading hair transplant and aesthetic clinic, creating educational, informative and engaging content around hair restoration, hair care and aesthetic treatments.

We are looking for creative and enthusiastic Script Writer Interns / Junior Script Writers who are interested in content creation, storytelling and digital media.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build strong practical experience in YouTube, Reels, social media and digital advertising content.

About the Role

We are looking for candidates who can take a basic idea, topic or brief and turn it into an engaging script.

The role will primarily involve creating YouTube scripts, Reel scripts, short-form video concepts and advertising copy.

We are open to freshers, interns and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Candidates should have a genuine interest in content writing and should be comfortable using AI tools as part of the content creation process, while still being able to think creatively and add their own ideas.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging scripts for YouTube videos and short-form content.

- Create Reel and short-video scripts with strong hooks and engaging openings.

- Develop creative concepts from basic topics, briefs or ideas.

- Write advertising scripts and social media copy.

- Create strong hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.

- Develop clear and compelling CTAs.

- Create story-driven content based on patient journeys, experiences and real-life situations.

- Include dialogue, voice-over (VO), visual and scene suggestions wherever required.

- Adapt scripts according to the platform, target audience and objective.

- Research topics and identify interesting angles for content.

- Use AI tools effectively for research, brainstorming, structuring and improving content.

- Ensure AI-generated content is reviewed,



edited and made more natural, original and engaging.

- Come up with fresh content ideas instead of relying on repetitive formats or generic AI-generated content.

- Work closely with the creative and content team to develop and improve scripts based on feedback.

What We're Looking For

- Strong interest in content writing, storytelling and social media content.

- Good command of written language and communication.

- Ability to write in a simple, engaging and audience-friendly manner.

- Understanding of basic concepts such as hooks, storytelling, retention and CTAs.

- Creative thinking and the ability to develop new content ideas.

- Willingness to research and learn about new topics.

- Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube and other digital content platforms.

- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other content/creative AI tools.

- Ability to take feedback positively and improve scripts accordingly.

- Robust attention to detail and willingness to experiment with different writing styles.

- Candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience are preferred.

- Candidates with a portfolio, writing samples, social media scripts or college/personal content projects will have an advantage.
