About the Opportunity
Vilasitawear is a fast-scaling D2C fashion tech startup revolutionizing the way India shops for affordable, trend-forward apparel. We operate at the intersection of e-commerce, supply chain, and digital marketing — empowering college students and young professionals to express their style confidently while building careers through our student ambassador network. As we scale across Tier 2 & 3 towns, we’re building a remote-first, impact-driven team to drive our campus placement & student engagement engine. Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end coordination of campus placement drives — from scheduling, logistics, and communication to post-event follow-ups and reporting.
- Act as the primary liaison between college placement cells, student ambassadors, and internal hiring teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
- Design and roll out engagement campaigns to boost student participation in on-campus hiring, internship drives, and brand ambassador programs.
- Analyze recruitment metrics (response rates, conversion, drop-offs)



and recommend process optimizations to improve placement outcomes.
- Build and maintain an active network of student ambassadors across 50+ colleges, providing training, motivation, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with marketing and HR to co-create campus outreach content, pitch decks, and recruitment toolkits tailored for Gen-Z audiences.
