Role Overview As a Document Attestation Consultant at BVS Global located in Navi Mumbai India you will be responsible for providing document attestation services to clients while utilizing your sales expertise to drive business growth and revenue generation Your role will involve engaging with clients understanding their needs and promoting valueadded services related to authentication legalization and apostille services Key Responsibilities Handle Inbound and Outbound calls globally with excellent telephonic etiquette skills Engage and build rapport with clients to understand their document attestation requirements Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional services products Assist clients in preparing and organizing their documents and forms for attestations and submissions Maintain a sales pipeline of prospective clients tracking interactions inquiries and followup activities to achieve sales targets Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders involved in the document attestation process Qualification and Skills Minimum 2 years of experience in sales business development or clientfacing roles preferably in document attestation or related BPO segments High school diploma or bachelors degree in any stream preference for tourism travel or hospitality Solid understanding of document attestation procedures regulations and requirements in various countries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships negotiate effectively and close sales deals Resultoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Proficiency in using Sales tools CRM and Microsoft Office suite applications Adaptability resilience and a customercentric approach to problemsolving and client service delivery Bilingual proficiency in English Arabic is an added advantage About BVS Global BVS Global is a market pioneer in verification attestation visa immigration and BPO segments With a strong presence in over 100 countries we provide exemplary services to meet industry needs and ensure a smooth process for our customers Additional Details Competitive salary with negotiable commission incentive structure Opportunities for career growth and development Health insurance and Provident Fund benefits provided Day shift schedule Language proficiency in English required and Hindi preferred Work Location Navi Mumbai Maharashtra in person Please note that the Job Type for this position is Fulltime
