Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager with 5 years of experience in hospital operations to oversee daily healthcare facility functions improve operational efficiency ensure regulatory compliance and enhance patient satisfaction The ideal candidate will have robust leadership strategic planning and healthcare administration skills Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daytoday hospital operations to ensure efficient service delivery Develop and implement operational policies procedures and quality improvement initiatives Monitor key performance indicators KPIs and drive operational excellence Coordinate with clinical administrative and support departments to optimize workflow Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations accreditation standards and safety protocols Manage staffing scheduling resource allocation and departmental budgets Lead and mentor operational teams to achieve organizational goals Identify process improvement opportunities and implement costeffective solutions Handle patient service issues and work toward improving patient experience and satisfaction Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to senior management Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Hospital Administration Healthcare Management Business Administration or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital operations with leadership or managerial responsibilities Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations quality standards and hospital management practices Excellent leadership communication problemsolving and decisionmaking skills Experience with hospital information systems HIS operational analytics and performance management Ability to manage multiple departments and work effectively in a fastpaced healthcare environment Preferred Qualifications MBA MHA or equivalent healthcare management qualification Experience in NABH JCI accreditation processes Proven track record of operational improvements and team leadership Skills Hospital Operations Management Healthcare Administration Strategic Planning Budget Management Quality Assurance Regulatory Compliance Team Leadership Process Improvement Patient Experience Management Data Analysis Reporting Compensation From 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
