Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President Infrastructure Support Manager to join our TSG team This role is located in Pune BNY is seeking a Network IT Service Manager to oversee the delivery stability security and continuous improvement of network infrastructure services This role is responsible for ensuring the organizations network environment and associated platforms remain reliable compliant secure and costeffective in support of business operations The successful candidate will lead key service management activities across network infrastructure reliability IT asset lifecycle management vendor oversight financial management vulnerability remediation and regulatory compliance This role will partner closely with infrastructure teams external suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver highquality services and strengthen operational resilience In this role youll make an impact by Maintaining accurate records of IT assets including network components hardware and software with strong controls around tracking auditing and lifecycle management Driving service excellence through monitoring performance management and the identification of continuous improvement opportunities Partnering with stakeholders across technology and business teams to understand service requirements resolve issues and provide updates on initiatives and performance Managing external vendor relationships including procurement coordination contract support service level oversight and performance monitoring Supporting IT financial management activities including budget oversight cost tracking and optimization of infrastructurerelated spend Leading vulnerability management efforts across network services ensuring timely identification prioritization and remediation of risks Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory security privacy and operational requirements affecting network infrastructure Managing the Secure Systems Development Lifecycle for networkrelated solutions and services Fostering a collaborative inclusive team setting that enables strong communication accountability and shared success Supporting business continuity resilience and disaster recovery readiness for network services To be successful in this role were seeking the following Required Qualifications Proven experience in IT service management preferably supporting network infrastructure and enterprise services Experience in infrastructure operations service delivery and support for network environments Demonstrated experience managing IT asset inventories and thirdparty vendor relationships Proven experience in IT financial management including budgeting forecasting or cost control Strong understanding of network security vulnerability management and compliance requirements Excellent communication organizational stakeholder management and problemsolving skills Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL Experience working in highly regulated environments Familiarity with cloud data center and enterprise infrastructure platforms Relevant certifications in IT service management networking infrastructure or cybersecurity Key Competencies Service Management and Delivery Network Infrastructure Operations IT Asset Lifecycle Management Vendor and ThirdParty Oversight Financial and Budget Management Risk Security and Compliance Stakeholder Engagement Continuous Improvement Business Continuity and Resilience Team Collaboration and Leadership
