Role US HR Onboarding Specialist HR CoordinatorLocation Madhapur Hyderabad Night Shift Position Type FulltimePosition SummaryThe HR Onboarding Specialist HR Coordinator plays a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging employee experience from offer acceptance through full integration into the organization This position manages onboarding processes while providing comprehensive HR coordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle Key Responsibilities Onboarding New Hire ExperienceCoordinate and manage endtoend onboarding processes for new hires Serve as the primary point of contact for new employees Prepare offer letters onboarding packets and new hire documentation Facilitate new hire orientation and coordinate with hiring managers Coordinate background checks employment eligibility verification and screenings Maintain onboarding records within the HRIS Continuously improve onboarding programs and processes Key Responsibilities HR Coordination AdministrationProvide HR administrative support across recruiting benefits and employee relations Maintain accurate and confidential employee records Process employee status changes including promotions and terminations Assist with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries Support payroll processes and HR reporting Assist with HR audits and compliance activities Employee Support CommunicationRespond to employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures Support employee engagement initiatives and training coordination Assist with internal communications and HR events Required Qualifications3 4 years of HR coordination or onboarding experience Working knowledge of HRIS systems and employment laws Solid organizational communication and problemsolving skills Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting onboarding in a growing organization Familiarity with benefits administration and payroll processes Key CompetenciesEmployeefocused mindsetAttention to detail and confidentialityAbility to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal and customer service skills
