Manage endtoend Business HR activities for the assigned region Ensure manpower planning and maintain staffing as per approved headcount Handle onboarding formalities and ensure smooth joining processes Conduct monthly employee engagement activities Address employee grievances and maintain regular employee connect Manage the complete employee lifecycle for both onroll and offroll employees Handle onboarding transfers employee queries and offboarding activities Support recruitment requirements arising from manpower gaps Manage offer negotiations and coordinate with candidates for closure Conduct regular visits to 34 branches to understand business and employee requirements Coordinate with business stakeholders and ensure effective HR support Manage exit processes and ensure smooth completion of exit formalities Ensure timely implementation of HR policies and processes across the assigned region
