HI About Direction HR Solutions Greetings from Direction HR Solutions We are pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the growing HR Service Providers based in Noida and providing PAN India staffing and recruitment solutions to our clients across various industries We are currently hiring for an HR Manager Generalist for one of our reputed clients based in GK1 New Delhi Location GK1 New Delhi Experience 8 Years Industry Preference Education Service Industry Plus Employment Type FullTime 6 Days Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend HR operations and generalist activities for the organization Develop and implement HR policies processes and procedures in line with organizational requirements Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding induction confirmation transfers promotions and exit formalities Handle employee relations and address employee queries concerns grievances and workplace issues professionally Manage attendance leave payroll inputs and employee records in coordination with the relevant teams Ensure proper maintenance and updating of employee documentation and HR databases Lead recruitment and selection activities in coordination with management and department heads Coordinate interviews candidate evaluation offer management and joining formalities Support performance management appraisal processes and employee development initiatives Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws statutory requirements and company HR policies Prepare and maintain HR reports MIS dashboards and other management reports Work closely with senior management on manpower planning organizational development and employee engagement Handle disciplinary matters and ensure appropriate implementation of company policies Drive employee engagement retention and workplace culture initiatives Support training and development programs based on organizational and employee requirements Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive HR matters Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance overall employee experience Candidate Profile Graduate Postgraduate in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 8 years of relevant HR experience preferably in the Education or Service Industry Strong knowledge of HR generalist functions and employee lifecycle management Good understanding of recruitment employee relations payroll coordination performance management and HR compliance Robust communication interpersonal problemsolving and peoplemanagement skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple HR responsibilities effectively Strong leadership skills with the ability to interact confidently with employees and senior management Good working knowledge of MS Office HRMS and HR reporting Candidates currently working in or having relevant experience in the Education Service sector will be preferred If you are looking for a suitable career opportunity or know someone who would be a good fit for this position please share the updated CV details at hidden email Please feel free to share this opportunity with relevant candidates within your professional network Thanks Regards Team Direction HR Solutions
