Corporate HR US Staffing RPO Location Noida Work From Office Experience Minimum 2 Years Preferred Experience US Staffing RPO Shift UK Shift or US Shift Salary As per relevant experience and years of experience Employment Type FullTime About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Corporate HR professional with a strong background in US Staffing RPO to manage internal hiring and people operations for our growing organization The ideal candidate should have handson experience in staffing recruitment organizations and a solid understanding of US staffing roles recruitment KPIs employee lifecycle management talent development and HR operations Candidates from Staffing RPO companies only will be considered Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend internal recruitment for US Staffing operations Hire for roles such as US IT Recruiters NonIT Recruiters Healthcare Recruiters Account Managers BDMs and other staffing positions Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit Handle Talent Development Employee Engagement and Retention initiatives Drive Training Development programs for internal teams Manage Performance Management System PMS and performance review processes Support Succession Planning and Workforce Planning initiatives Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements Monitor staffing and recruitment KPIs and prepare HR reports MIS Strengthen employer branding and employee engagement initiatives Handle daytoday HR Operations and employee relations Minimum 2 years of relevant Corporate HR experience Mandatory experience in Staffing RPO companies Strong preference for candidates with US Staffing RPO experience Experience in internal hiring for staffing recruitment organizations will be highly preferred Good understanding of US Staffing roles recruitment processes and staffing KPIs Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills Good knowledge of employee lifecycle PMS training engagement and HR operations Ability to manage multiple HR activities in a fastpaced environment Important Only candidates with Staffing RPO industry experience will be considered Interested share your resume at hidden mobile
