Job Title Compliance Manager Statutory Labour Compliance Location Faridabad Delhi NCR Experience 38 Years Employment Type FullTime Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager with strong practical knowledge of Statutory Labour Apprenticeship Compliance The candidate will be responsible for endtoend compliance activities for the company and its clients Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend PF ESIC compliance including registrations employee enrolment monthly calculations ECR challans and returns Handle PF ESIC registrations amendments transfers exits and portalrelated activities Manage Professional Tax PT Labour Welfare Fund LWF and other applicable statutory compliances Handle Shops Establishment Labour Licence Contract Labour registrations and renewals wherever applicable Manage NAPS NATS registration apprentice onboarding contracts documentation stipend DBT and portal compliance Maintain statutory registers records compliance trackers and documentation Prepare and file monthly quarterly and annual returns and ensure timely payment of statutory challans Coordinate with EPFO ESIC Labour Department and other government authorities for notices inspections and compliancerelated matters Conduct compliance audits and identify gaps across client company accounts Coordinate with HR Payroll and Accounts teams for accurate statutory deductions and reconciliations Keep track of changes in labour laws and ensure timely implementation of applicable requirements Handle compliance MIS reports documentation and audit requirements Candidate Profile 38 years of handson experience in Statutory Labour Compliance Strong practical knowledge of PF ESIC PT LWF NAPS NATS Experience with EPFO ESIC and apprenticeship portals is mandatory Candidates from HR consultancy staffing manpower payroll or compliance service companies will be preferred Robust knowledge of challans registrations returns labour documentation and statutory records Good Excel documentation coordination and clienthandling skills Ability to independently manage multiple compliance activities and deadlines
