Order Management Specialist Credit Debit Disputes 2 Years Bangalore 5 5 LPA JOB DESCRIPTION Position Order Management Specialist Credit Debit Disputes Experience 2 Years Location Bangalore Salary Up to 5 5 LPA Role Overview We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to support OrdertoCash O2C and customer service operations with a strong focus on Credit Debit Dispute management The candidate will be responsible for accurately executing daytoday operational activities as per defined SOPs work instructions and SLAs Key Responsibilities Manage daytoday Order Management and O2C transactions accurately and within defined SLAs Handle and resolve credit and debit disputes raised by customers Investigate discrepancies related to orders invoices pricing quantities credits and debits Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales Finance Accounts Receivable Billing and Customer Service for dispute resolution Process transactions in accordance with established SOPs and work instructions Respond to routine customer and business queries and ensure timely resolution Identify issues outside documented procedures and escalate them appropriately Maintain accurate records of transactions disputes resolutions and followup actions Ensure adherence to quality productivity compliance and SLA requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Order Management O2C process Required Skills 2 years of experience in Order Management OrdertoCash O2C Operations Handson experience with Credit Debit Disputes Good understanding of Order Management Billing Invoicing and Accounts Receivable processes Robust analytical and problemsolving skills Good communication and stakeholdermanagement skills Ability to work within defined SOPs SLAs and quality standards Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems is preferred hidden email www WhiteHorsemanpower in White Horse Manpower Consultancy Private limited
