Job Title P L Head Location Bangalore Mumbai Gurgaon Experience 10 13 years interior fitout management Role Seeking a resultsdriven Zonal Business Head to lead and manage the overall business performance of an assigned region The role carries endtoend ownership of the zones revenue profitability project delivery client relationships and team performance Key Responsibilities Own and manage the complete P L for the assigned zone Drive revenue growth profitability collections and business expansion Develop and execute regional business plans and growth strategies Lead business development initiatives and key client relationships Oversee project execution to ensure timely delivery quality and profitability Monitor project performance resource utilization and operational efficiency Lead and mentor crossfunctional teams across sales projects and operations Ensure compliance with company policies contractual commitments and statutory requirements Prepare business forecasts budgets and performance reports Key Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration Architecture Engineering Construction Management or a related field 12 years of experience in commercial interiors fitouts construction or related industries Prior experience handling regional business operations with P L responsibility Solid understanding of sales project execution commercial management and client engagement Proven ability to drive business growth and lead highperforming teams
