Career Category Human Resources Job Description What you will do Amgen is seeking a Workday Time Absence Analyst who will provide overall support for Amgens Workday system with a focus on the Time and Absence modules for ExUS The Workday Time Absence Analyst will contribute to the delivery of high quality and timely service to crossfunctional organizations As part of the Time and Absence product team the Workday Time Absence Analyst will support implementation of system configuration updates while contributing to HR Technology Release planning analysis and deployment Key Activities for the Workday Time Absence Analyst include Serve as the key Workday configuration expert for time tracking and absence module for all countries outside of the US Collaborate with HR payroll and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations and workflows related to time tracking scheduling and absence management Conduct system testing and validation activities for Workday updates and enhancements related to time and absence functionality ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements Responsible for successful implementation of recent functionality and or processes within project timelines Contribute to research evaluation planning design and deploying technologyrelated HR initiatives Support other functional areas such as Core HCM Recruitment and Talent Performance as necessary Work with HR Technology service provider for complex project implementations Apply Amgens Information Security and Privacy policies standards and processes to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of our HR data Assist in development of training materials and partner in change management efforts and organizational readiness Stay informed about industry trends regulations and best practices related to time and absence management and Workday functionality Required Qualifications 4 years of experience with Workday Configuration within the Time Tracking Absence modules Workday Reporting and Business Process administration Demonstrated success in managing projects related to HR Technology in a fastpaced Agile Environment Proficient in implementing new HR Technology solutions optimizing business processes and improving workflow efficiency Robust communication presentation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders Track record of delivering successful outcomes in both HR and IT environments with a focus on enhancing the overall user experience
