Job Description Marketing Intern Company Acolyte Living Designation Intern Marketing Location Gurgaon Employment Type Internship About the Role Acolyte Living is looking for a Marketing Internwho will support the team in managing inventoryrelated activities maintaining accurate records coordinating with internal teams and ensuring smooth availability and movement of inventory The ideal candidate should be detailoriented organized proactive and comfortable working with Excel Google Sheets and data Responsibilities Maintain and regularly update inventory records and databases Track inventory availability movement allocation and consumption Coordinate with Operations Sales Procurement and other relevant teams for inventory requirements Monitor stock levels and identify shortages excess inventory or discrepancies Prepare daily weekly inventory reports and MIS Ensure accurate data entry and maintain proper documentation of inventory Support inventory audits and reconciliation activities Track incoming and outgoing inventory and update records accordingly Assist in forecasting inventory requirements based on business needs Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely replenishment of inventory Identify and report inventoryrelated discrepancies to the concerned team Support marketing and operational activities related to inventory planning and utilization Perform other inventory management and analytical tasks assigned by the manager
