Network Operations Manager 100 Remote Job Summary The Network Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the organizations network infrastructure ensuring high availability security and optimal performance This role leads the network operations team manages network projects monitors system health and implements best practices to support business operations Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily network operations and performance Lead and mentor the network operations team Monitor network availability capacity and security Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime Plan implement and maintain LAN WAN WLAN VPN and internet connectivity Coordinate network upgrades maintenance and disaster recovery activities Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards Work with vendors and service providers for network services and support Develop and maintain network documentation procedures and reports Collaborate with IT and business teams to support organizational objectives Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 58 years of experience in network administration or operations with leadership experience Strong knowledge of networking technologies including TCP IP routing switching firewalls VPNs and wireless networks Experience with network monitoring and management tools Excellent troubleshooting analytical and problemsolving skills Solid communication and team management abilities
