Job description AGM DGM Operations Location Coimbatore Must be HQ at Coimbatore Language Hindi is mandatory Experience Relevant seniorlevel operations experience in the parcel logistics industry Job Summary We are looking for an experienced AGM DGM Operations to lead and manage endtoend operations for a leading parcel service company in Coimbatore The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to PanIndia operations and or operations across major cities with proven expertise in managing large teams hubs service quality productivity and operational profitability Key Responsibilities Operations Management Manage endtoend parcel logistics operations across assigned locations Drive operational performance productivity service quality and cost efficiency Ensure smooth functioning of hubs branches delivery operations and associated facilities Monitor daily operational KPIs and take corrective actions to achieve targets Ensure timely pickup processing movement and delivery of shipments PanIndia MultiCity Operations Must have experience managing operations across PanIndia or major Indian cities Coordinate with regional zonal teams and central operations Standardize processes and best practices across multiple locations Manage operational challenges involving high shipment volumes and multiple stakeholders Team People Management Lead large teams of operations hub and delivery personnel Build a performancedriven culture and improve employee productivity Manage manpower planning recruitment training and performance evaluation Develop secondline leadership and operational talent Business Cost Management Drive operational profitability through effective manpower route and resource utilization Control operating costs without compromising customer service Monitor productivity capacity utilization and other critical operational metrics Support business growth through scalable and efficient operating processes Customer Service Quality Ensure adherence to defined servicelevel agreements and delivery timelines Monitor customer complaints escalations and service failures Identify root causes and implement sustainable corrective actions Improve customer experience and operational service quality Compliance Process Excellence Ensure compliance with company policies SOPs and statutory requirements Strengthen operational controls and minimize losses damages and shipment exceptions Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives Candidate Profile Graduate Postgraduate with strong operations experience Significant experience in parcel courier express logistics ecommerce logistics or similar industries Proven experience in PanIndia operations or operations across major cities is mandatory Solid leadership experience managing large and geographically distributed teams Excellent understanding of hub sortation transportation and lastmile operations Robust analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills Hindi language proficiency is mandatory Willingness to travel extensively as required Industry Leading Parcel Courier Logistics Company Mandatory Hindi PanIndia Major City Operations Experience If your expeience suits our JD Pl share your updated resume to hidden mobile
