Key Roles Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daytoday operational activities of the branch Handle endtoend insurance operations including policy processing documentation renewals endorsements and servicing Ensure timely coordination with insurance companies internal teams advisors and clients Maintain accurate records and documentation related to insurance policies and client transactions Identify opportunities for crossselling and upselling insurance products to existing and prospective clients Coordinate with the wealth management and sales teams to support insurance business growth Assist Relationship Managers and Business Development teams with operational and productrelated requirements Monitor policy renewals and follow up with clients to ensure timely renewals and retention Handle client queries complaints and servicerelated concerns professionally and within defined timelines Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of clients as per organizational and regulatory requirements Maintain MIS operational reports branch records and other management reports Ensure adherence to company policies compliance requirements and standard operating procedures Coordinate with senior management regarding branch performance operational challenges and process improvements Support the branch in achieving business and revenue targets through efficient operations and client servicing Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients insurance partners and internal stakeholders Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of insurance operations and policy servicing Experience in handling insurance products within a wealth management or financial services environment Proven experience in crossselling insurance policies and identifying business opportunities Strong client servicing and relationship management skills Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities Good understanding of documentation compliance and operational processes Strong communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work in a targetoriented environment Proficiency in MS Excel MS Office MIS and reporting
