Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for leading corporate and multinational clients. The role involves understanding manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, and coordinating the recruitment process through successful closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring needs.
- Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, skills, and role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess suitability.
- Coordinate candidate profiles, interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with clients and candidates.
- Manage multiple vacancies across different functions, seniority levels, and locations.
- Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment records.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and achieve recruitment targets.
- Stay updated on talent availability, market trends, and effective sourcing techniques.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Executive Search.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-assessment abilities.
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets and multiple assignments.
- Positive knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, and other hiring platforms.
- Proactive, organized, and result-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
