Job Title Gold Loan Business Territory Manager Industry Banking Function Sales Business Development Experience 2 to 5 Years Location Ahmedabad Gandhinagar Job Summary We are looking for an experienced professional to drive the Gold Loan business across the assigned territory The role will be responsible for customer acquisition business growth AUM expansion market development team building distribution channels customer retention and portfolio quality Key Responsibilities Identify potential branches and new locations for Gold Loan business through market surveys competitor mapping and volume analysis Drive Gold Loan business growth through customer acquisition and new business generation Achieve a minimum 40 lakh per month in new Gold Loan business and ensure 80 regeneration from eligible existing customers Identify and develop nonbranch sales channels for Gold Loan acquisition Recruit train and manage dedicated Gold Loan manpower including Gold Loan Officers and Territory Managers Grow the Gold Loan AUM while achieving revenue cost profitability and portfolioquality targets Work closely with the Business Loan Product team to provide suitable funding solutions and effectively incentivise key DSTs Ensure timely renewal of existing Gold Loan customers and maximize customer retention Build and maintain strong relationships with Gold Valuers and Valuation Agencies Train and guide Gold Loan officers on fraud identification prevention and riskcontrol measures Ensure a smooth customer journey and deliver highquality customer service Ensure adherence to internal compliance policies and applicable regulatory requirements Recommend process improvements to enhance service efficiency operational quality and customer experience Identify opportunities to improve processes and policies across Retail Banking Collaborate with internal teams to leverage business synergies and drive overall growth Key Skills Gold Loan Sales Gold Finance Gold Loan Business Development Customer Acquisition Gold Loan AUM Branch Banking Retail Banking Territory Management Team Management DST DSA Management Gold Loan Renewal Gold Valuation NBFC Banking Sales Business Development Candidate Profile Experience in Gold Loan Gold Finance Retail Banking Branch Banking sales Strong experience in customer acquisition and business development Proven track record of achieving monthly sales business targets Experience in managing sales teams and distribution channels Exposure to Gold Loan renewals customer regeneration and portfolio management Valuable understanding of Gold Loan market competition valuation and fraudprevention practices Strong market development relationshipbuilding and execution skills Candidates from Banks NBFCs Gold Finance companies will be preferred
