- Job Summary
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves understanding client manpower requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures.
- Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze manpower requirements from clients and hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Negotiate and coordinate offers, joining formalities, and candidate closures.




- Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.
- Candidate Profile
- Graduate/MBA/PG in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or Staffing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment portals and LinkedIn.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under deadlines.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and confident personality.
