About Us At BCE Global Tech we are on a mission to modernise global connectivity one connection at a time We aim to build the highway to the future of communications media and entertainment determined to emerge as a powerhouse within the technology landscape in India team in Bengaluru We bring ambitions to life through design thinking that bridges the gaps between people devices and beyond fostering unprecedented customer satisfaction through technology Our core values support a customercentric approach and the harnessing of cuttingedge technology to provide business outcomes with positive societal impact Guided by innovation and a commitment to progress were shaping a brighter future for the generations of today and tomorrow If you would like to be a part of a team of thoughtleaders pioneering advancements in 5G MEC IoT and cloudnative architecture wed love to hear from you Responsibilities Lead and manage the endtoend lifecycle of software applications ensuring alignment with business needs and technology standards Oversee the design development deployment and maintenance of BI solutions dashboards and reports to enable datadriven decisionmaking Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions Manage a team of developers BI analysts and technical leads providing mentorship performance management and career development Drive innovation and continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies and BI trends to recommend appropriate adoption Ensure high availability scalability and security of applications and BI platforms Implement best practices for software development testing deployment and documentation Work with crossfunctional teams including Data Engineering IT Operations and Business Units to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with thirdparty service providers for software and BI tools Prepare and manage budgets forecasts and resource planning for software and BI projects Establish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure team and solution performance Requirements Experience 10 15 years Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 10 years of progressive experience in software application development and Business Intelligence Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in application development and BI delivery Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI Tableau QlikView or similar Experience with data warehousing ETL processes and data modelling Solid understanding of database technologies SQL Server Oracle etc and cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices Excellent problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders Experience managing budgets vendor contracts and project portfolios Preferred Qualifications Certifications in project management PMP Scrum Master or BI platforms Experience with Big Data technologies and advanced analytics
