Responsibilities

1. Data Systems & Database Development

1. Convert manual Excel-based processes into structured and scalable software applications.
2. Design Key efficient data structures for large-scale datasets.
3. Develop and manage relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
4. Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra.
5. Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
6. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and performance.

2. Full Stack Application Development

1. Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications.
2. Build responsive frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
3. Develop backend services using Java, Python, C#, or Node.js.
4. Create modular and maintainable software solutions based on business requirements.
5. Integrate ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
6. Develop interactive chatbot solutions where required.

3. API & Cloud Integration

1. Design and integrate secure RESTful APIs with buyer-side and cloud servers.
2. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth and JWT.
3. Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
4. Support application deployment, monitoring, scaling, and troubleshooting.
5. Work with Docker, Kubernetes, serverless technologies, and CI/CD pipelines.

4. Dashboards & Business Intelligence

1. Develop interactive dashboards for daily employee and worker tracking.
2. Monitor operational performance and key business metrics.
3. Transform operational data into actionable business insights.
4. Create clear reports and visualizations to support management decision-making.
5. Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.

5. Testing & Quality Assurance

1. Perform functional, integration, performance, and regression testing.
2. Identify and resolve application bugs and performance issues.
3.



Ensure applications are reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable.
4. Maintain data integrity and follow company technology and security standards.
5. Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Strong hands-on experience in full-stack software development.
3. Good understanding of data structures and algorithms, including arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, hash maps, stacks, and queues.
4. Strong knowledge of SQL and database design.
5. Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
6. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
7. Experience with modern deployment practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
8. Understanding of ERP/CRM systems and third-party API integrations.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
10. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in business-process automation or converting Excel/manual workflows into software.
2. Experience with dashboard and reporting applications.
3. Knowledge of microservices architecture.
4. Experience with chatbot or conversational AI solutions.
5. Exposure to serverless architecture and cloud-native applications.
6. Experience working with enterprise systems and large datasets.
