Job Summary

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching, and maintaining inventory records. The role requires accuracy, discipline, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Receive and verify incoming materials and products.
2. Check quantity, quality, SKU, and documentation during inward operations.
3. Ensure proper storage and arrangement of goods in designated locations.
4. Handle picking, packing, sorting, and dispatch activities.
5. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement details.
6. Conduct regular stock checks and support physical inventory audits.
7. Identify and report damaged, missing, or excess inventory.
8. Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
9. Coordinate with logistics, transport, procurement, and operations teams.

Ensure timely dispatch of customer/store orders.
11. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper material handling practices.
12. Update warehouse data in ERP/WMS systems or Excel.
13. Prepare daily/weekly reports related to stock, inward, outward, and dispatch.
14. Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
15. Support the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor in daily operational activities.

Required Skills
1. Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory operations.
2. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
3. Knowledge of ERP/WMS software is an advantage.
4. Good communication and coordination skills.
5. Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets.
7. Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline. Diploma or certification in Logistics/Supply Chain is an advantage.
