Warehouse In-Charge

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse In-Charge to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and team activities. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an E-commerce or Q-commerce warehouse, with Flipkart warehouse experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
2. Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts.
3. Monitor order processing and ensure timely fulfillment as per defined SLA/TAT.
4. Manage and supervise warehouse staff, allocate daily tasks, and monitor productivity.
5. Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and quality processes.
6. Coordinate with delivery, operations, procurement, and other internal teams for smooth warehouse functioning.
7. Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
8. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and proper storage practices.
9. Prepare and maintain daily operational and inventory reports.

Handle stock discrepancies, damages, returns, and other warehouse-related issues.

Key Skills & Requirements
1. Experience: 3–6 years in warehouse operations.
2. Industry Experience: Must have worked in an E-commerce / Q-commerce warehouse.
3. Preferred: Prior experience with Flipkart warehouse operations.
4. Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
5. Experience in handling and supervising warehouse teams.
6. Solid knowledge of inbound, outbound, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns processes.
7. Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and warehouse management systems.
8. Strong problem-solving, communication, and team-management skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in Flipkart, Amazon, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, or other E-commerce/Q-commerce warehouse operations will be preferred.
