Position: Accounts Clerk-Jabalpur location

Experience: 3–5 Years Salary: 15,000 – 18,000 per month Age: 20–25 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

 Maintain and update day-to-day accounting records.

 Handle purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries.

 Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.

 Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank records.

 Assist in maintaining ledgers and account books.

 Handle data entry and ensure accuracy of financial records.

 Support GST-related accounting and documentation.

 Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.

 Assist the senior accounts team in monthly and periodic closing activities.

 Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

 Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting tasks.





Required Skills & Qualifications

 Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or a related field preferred.

 3–5 years of relevant experience in the same domain.

 Sound knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.

 Good understanding of basic accounting principles.

 Working knowledge of GST and basic taxation.

 Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

 Strong numerical and data-entry skills.

 Positive attention to detail and accuracy.

 Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

 Good communication and coordination skills.
