Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our Housing Finance team. The candidate will be responsible for generating home loan business, acquiring new customers, managing leads, coordinating with customers and internal teams, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Generate leads for Home Loans / Housing Finance products through various channels.
2. Contact prospective customers and understand their financial and housing loan requirements.
3. Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, documentation, and repayment options to customers.
4. Convert leads into successful loan applications and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
5.



Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, property dealers, DSAs, and other referral partners.
6. Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, technical, and other internal teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
7. Collect and verify required customer documents and ensure timely submission.
8. Follow up with customers from application/login stage until sanction and disbursement.
9. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, applications, and sales pipeline.
10. Conduct market visits and generate business through field sales activities whenever required.
11. Identify new business opportunities and develop local market relationships.
12. Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC requirements, and applicable lending guidelines.
13. Provide regular sales and pipeline updates to the reporting manager.
