Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Design and implement workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation solutions.
- Develop and support ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and APIs.
- Build and maintain inbound and outbound integrations with third-party applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, scripting, and integration-related issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow server-side/client-side scripting.

- Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and import/export processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills

- ServiceNow CSA certification.
- CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification.
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
