Responsibilities:

- Carrying out the Preventive Maintenance (PM)

- Attending the Breakdown Maintenance

- Carry out Predictive Maintenance

- Support for Robotics and Automation

- Continuous Improvement Support

- Spare Part intimation to the respective team

- Maintain 5S in the respective areas

- Documentation & Reporting

- Daily activity report via E-mail.

- Prepare , submit and present weekly report on performance KPI metrics

- Breakdown report , corrective action and reduction plan.

- PM abnormalities tracker

- Energy, Cost and Safety Improvement
