Qualifications and requirements Master / Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/ECE
Skill Set Programming Languages: Core Java, Spingboot and/or js, JQuery, css3, html5
Database Concepts: MySQL, MariaDB, Galera Cluster, Hibernate, Performance Tuning.
Protocols: RESTful, NETCONF, VES, SNMP, FTP, SSH, HTTP/HTTPS, TL1, RMI, TR69.
Linux: Prior experience working in a Linux environment with shell scripting.
Technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Virtualization (OpenStack), AWS.
EMS/NMS Domain Knowledge: Preferable experience in related products.
Customer Interfacing & Field Issue Support: Exposure to customer interfacing and field issue support.
Troubleshooting: Robust analytical skills to diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively. Knowledge of IP, Ports, Packets, Tcpdump, Wireshark, HA.
