Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Manage and develop relationships with assigned bank branches and branch staff.
- Generate life insurance business through the bank's customer base.
- Work closely with Branch Managers and Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, cross-selling and upselling.
- Conduct regular branch visits and support bank staff in generating quality business.
- Provide product training and sales support to bank employees.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
- Ensure proper documentation, business quality and compliance with company/IRDAI guidelines.
