Job Description:

- Outbound Dispatch: process outbound orders, generate invoices/delivery challans, and enter dispatch data

- accurately and on time.

- Inbound Activities: record inward receipt of raw material, packaging and finished goods (GRN entry); verify

- quantities against purchase orders.

- E-way Bill Generation: create E-way bills for all outbound and inbound consignments on the GST portal; keep

- Part-B (vehicle number) updated and bills valid for transit.

- Dispatch Handling at Factory: coordinate with warehouse, production and transport teams to plan daily loading

- and dispatch schedules; supervise loading against order priority.

- Documentation & Compliance: maintain invoices, E-way bills, delivery challans and transport records for audit;

- handle documentation for returns or short shipments.

- Data Entry & MIS: keep ERP/Tally/Excel dispatch and inward registers updated daily; share dispatch MIS with

- the reporting manager.

- Coordination: liaise with sales, warehouse and transporters to resolve dispatch or documentation issues

- promptly.
