Requirements:

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

- 6-8 years of teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably in a PGT capacity.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and writing conventions.
- Ability to analyze literature and facilitate discussions.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Effective problem-solving abilities to address classroom challenges.

Certifications:
