Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems.

The engineer works closely with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.




- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain transparent records to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and optimizing data storage and retrieval processes within cloud data platforms.
- Strong understanding of data integration techniques and managing data pipelines.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline application configuration and deployment.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
