WE'RE HIRING — GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Trinamite is looking for a creative, versatile and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team.

/n

At Trinamite, you won't be designing for just one brand or industry. You'll work on creative campaigns across beauty, grooming, technology, food, lifestyle and more.

/n

If you can take an idea, turn it into a strong visual concept, and execute it across digital, social media and print — we want to see your work.

/n

WHAT YOU'LL DO

/n

/n

- Create high-quality creatives for social media, Meta Ads and digital campaigns

/n

- Develop designs for offers, launches, promotions and marketing campaigns

/n

- Create creatives for diverse industries including beauty, grooming, technology, food and lifestyle

/n

- Develop branding, logo designs and visual identities

/n

- Design posters, brochures, standees, flyers and other print materials

/n

- Develop creative concepts from marketing briefs

/n

- Adapt designs across different platforms, sizes and formats

/n

- Create outlet-specific creatives while maintaining brand consistency

/n

- Work on motion graphics, animations and video content

/n

- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations and other teams

/n

- Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines

/n

/n

TOOLS WE EXPECT YOU TO KNOW

/n

Adobe Photoshop

/n

Adobe Illustrator

/n

Adobe InDesign

/n

Adobe After Effects

/n

Adobe Premiere Pro

/n

Figma

/n





Canva

/n

Cap Cut or equivalent video-editing tools

/n

You don't necessarily need to be an expert in every tool, but strong versatility across design and creative software is expected.

/n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

/n

/n

- 2–5 years of relevant experience

/n

- Strong and diverse portfolio

/n

- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, colour theory and visual hierarchy

/n

- Ability to conceptualize and execute designs from a brief

/n

- Solid understanding of social media and digital advertising design

/n

- Ability to switch between different brands, industries and visual styles

/n

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines

/n

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

/n

- Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment

/n

- Experience with beauty, grooming, lifestyle, retail, technology or food brands is a plus

/n

- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field is preferred

/n

- Motion graphics, animation or video-editing skills are an added advantage

/n

/n

Location: Chennai

/n

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month
