RiStudio is looking for a confident, articulate and people-oriented Guest Relations Executive to join our team.

/n

RiStudio is a premium cosmetic tattoo and brow studio in Current Delhi, known for its high standards, personalised service and discerning clientele, including celebrities and high-profile clients.

/n

We're looking for someone who understands that great client experience is about much more than a warm welcome.

/n

What we're looking for:

/n

/n

- 3+ years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, aesthetic/dermatology clinics, premium salons or a similar environment

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

/n

- Confident and comfortable dealing with high-profile clientele

/n

- Calm and composed when handling difficult or unexpected situations

/n

- Proactive, organised and able to take ownership

/n

- Strong sales and client-conversion skills

/n





- Excellent follow-up and relationship-management skills

/n

- Comfortable with Excel, Clinicia or similar CRM/appointment-management software

/n

- High attention to detail and a professional, well-presented personality

/n

/n

Most importantly:

/n

We're looking for someone who is smart, switched-on, warm and solution-oriented.

/n

Someone who can manage a busy day, handle a demanding client with grace, follow up on a lead without being pushy, and notice the little things that make a client's experience exceptional.
