We’re Hiring | Associate Portfolio Manager

At Salary Se, we’re looking for an Associate Portfolio Manager to own and drive portfolio growth, customer engagement, retention and profitability.

This role is for someone who enjoys working with data, customers and business problems — and can turn insights into campaigns and strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

What you’ll work on:

- Drive portfolio growth and profitability through customer lifecycle strategies
- Own key metrics including activation, spends, engagement, retention, yield and revenue
- Build and execute engagement, reactivation and retention campaigns
- Analyse customer cohorts and behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with Analytics, Product, Risk, Digital, Marketing, Operations and Partnerships
- Manage merchant, network and partnership-led offers to drive engagement and spends
- Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities to strengthen product propositions




- Drive strategic initiatives from insight to execution

What we’re looking for:

? 2–3 years of experience with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

? Fintech experience is preferred

? Robust cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence stakeholders

? Ability to independently identify customer cohorts and build targeted strategies

? Experience launching regional, national or user-level campaigns

? Hands-on experience with CRM and engagement platforms such as Clever Tap, Gupshup, etc.

? A strong understanding of customer lifecycle, engagement and portfolio metrics
