About the Role:

We are looking for a target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive the acquisition of the Eazy Diner Co-Branded Credit Card by engaging with Eazy Diner's existing customer base.

/n

The role involves outbound calling, understanding customer needs, pitching the card's benefits, handling objections and converting customers into successful applications.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Make outbound calls to Eazy Diner customers and pitch the co-branded credit card.

/n

- Understand customer needs and explain relevant card benefits, rewards, offers and privileges.

/n

- Generate and convert leads into qualified credit card applications.

/n

- Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

/n

- Follow up with interested customers to drive application completion and conversion.

/n

- Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM.

/n

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales and conversion targets.

/n

- Coordinate with internal and banking partner teams for smooth application processing.

/n

- Ensure all customer interactions comply with defined sales and regulatory guidelines.

/n

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.

- Ability to confidently sell products over the phone.

- Good listening, follow-up and relationship-building skills.

/n

- Comfortable working in a high-volume, target-driven setting.

/n

- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Workspace.

/n

Preferred Experience:

/n

/n

- 1–3 years in inside sales, telesales or tele-calling.

/n

- Experience in credit cards, banking, fintech or financial services preferred.

/n

- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also be considered.

Education

/n

Graduate in any discipline.

/n
