Summary:

We are looking for a high-performing City Head to lead our Upselling Sales function in the city. The

/n

role involves driving revenue growth from our existing customer base through effective upselling

/n

strategies, managing a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Relationship Managers (RMs), and

/n

ensuring all performance targets are consistently achieved.

/n

Eligibility Criteria:

- Two-Wheeler along with Driving License

/n

- Laptop for Client Demo

/n

/n

Roles and Responsibilities:

/n

- Team Management:

/n

○ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ASMs and RMs in the city.

/n

○ Ensure each team member meets their targets and follows the sales process.

/n

○ Conduct daily/weekly reviews to track performance, productivity, and pipeline

/n

health.

/n

○ Foster a high-performance culture and accountability across the team.

/n

- Revenue & Target Achievement:

/n

○ Own the city's monthly upselling revenue targets and deliver consistent growth.

/n

○ Drive adoption and increased usage of all VAS offerings across the existing customer

/n

base.

/n

○ Strategically push higher-value plans and services to increase average revenue per

/n

customer.

/n

- Sales Strategy Execution:

/n





○ Create and implement city-level sales plans based on company objectives.

/n

○ Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to fine-tune

/n

strategy.

/n

○ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to run city-specific campaigns.

/n

- Process & Reporting:

/n

○ Ensure 100% CRM compliance and data hygiene.

/n

○ Share daily/weekly performance reports with leadership.

/n

○ Conduct regular field visits to support ASMs & RMs and ensure on-ground

/n

alignment.

/n

- Customer Success & Retention:

/n

○ Work closely with the support and operations team to ensure existing clients are

/n

satisfied.

/n

○ Help resolve escalated customer issues and ensure long-term retention.

/n

Additional Qualification and Skills:

/n

/n

- Bachelor's degree is preferred .

/n

- Qualified experience of 6-9 years in Sales.

/n

/n
