Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role

/n

Lead sales of recovered auto parts and scrap metal (ferrous/non-ferrous) generated from our RVSF facility at Kulgachia, Howrah, to dealers, traders, and industrial buyers.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Sell scrap metal and reusable/recyclable auto parts

/n

- Identify and onboard buyers — scrap traders, foundries, re-rolling mills, parts dealers, garages

/n

- Negotiate pricing based on daily market rates for ferrous/non-ferrous scrap

/n

- Build and manage a small sales team (including junior sales staff); assign targets and territories

/n

/n

Requirements

/n

/n

- 4+ years in sales; team-handling experience preferred

/n

- Sharp on pricing/negotiation; comfortable with daily rate fluctuations

/n

- Positive communication skills (Bengali/Hindi/English)

/n
