Role Purpose and Impact: As the PYP Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in leading our Primary Years Programme (PYP), ensuring a high-quality educational experience for our students. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and the community to cultivate an engaging and enriching learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of the PYP curriculum, ensuring alignment with international standards.
- Collaborate with teachers to design effective lesson plans and assessment strategies that promote student engagement.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators to enhance teaching practices and integrate technology in the classroom.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on student progress, providing insights and recommendations to enhance learning outcomes.
- Act as a liaison between parents, educators, and the administration to foster a supportive educational community.
- Stay abreast of current trends in education and implement best practices within the PYP framework.




- Support the continuous improvement of instructional practices through data analysis and feedback.

Requirements:

Education Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in educational settings, preferably in a PYP or international school context.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in curriculum development and assessment design.
- Strong understanding of technology integration in education.

Soft Skills:

- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- High adaptability to changing educational landscapes and student needs.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Certifications:

- Certification in PYP or relevant educational frameworks is preferred.
