Remote Recruiter

Contract / Full-Time Remote

Compensation: $600–$1,000 per successful candidate submission

Location: Brazil, Uruguay, India, or Philippines

About the Role

We are seeking experienced recruiters and talent consultants for a full time remote recruiting opportunity supporting an international hiring environment.

The role is suited to recruiters with strong full-cycle recruiting experience, proven client-facing skills, and the ability to work consistently with teams and clients across North American business hours.

This position requires full availability during the specified working schedule, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruiting and staffing activities from sourcing through candidate placement.

- Identify, assess, and engage qualified candidates for client requirements.

- Work directly with clients and hiring stakeholders to understand recruitment needs.

- Maintain effective communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams throughout the hiring process.

- Provide a professional candidate and client experience.

- Manage multiple recruiting priorities while meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

- Work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining consistent availability and communication.

Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Must be based in Brazil, Uruguay, India,



or the Philippines.

- Native, bilingual, professional, or full professional proficiency in English.

- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle staffing, recruiting, or talent consulting.

- At least 1 year of direct client-facing or account management experience.

- Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment processes independently.

- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.

- Full availability and commitment to the required working schedule.

Working Hours

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM PST

Saturday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM PST

The successful candidate must be available for the complete schedule and able to consistently work during these hours.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $600 to $1,000 per successful candidate submission, depending on the applicable engagement and outcome.

This is a performance-based compensation structure rather than a fixed annual salary.
