Role Purpose and Impact:

The MYP Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the implementation and management of the Middle Years Programme (MYP). Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the MYP curriculum across all subjects.

- Monitor student progress and provide targeted interventions to support diverse learner needs.

Requirements:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in curriculum development and classroom management, preferably within an international school setting.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in lesson planning and differentiated instruction.
- Experience with classroom management and student engagement strategies.
- Robust understanding of technology integration in education.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Certifications Needed:

IB MYP Coordinator training or relevant educational certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
