We are having an opening for National Salea Manager (Critical Care & Clinical Nutrition) for a leading Pharma Company at Pune location.

Position: National Sales Manager (Critical Care & Clinical Nutrition)

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Develop and implement the national sales strategy in line with organizational objectives.

/n

- Drive achievement of primary and secondary sales targets across India.

/n

- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and ensure effective execution.

/n

- Identify new business opportunities, markets, products, and customer segments.

/n

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product performance.

/n

- Lead and manage the national sales team comprising ZBMs, ZSMs, RSMs, and other field sales personnel.

/n

- Set clear performance objectives and KPIs for the sales team.

/n

- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement corrective actions wherever required.

/n

- Coach, mentor, and develop the sales leadership team to improve productivity and effectiveness.

/n

- Support recruitment, onboarding, training,



and retention of key sales talent.

/n

- Present regular sales and business performance reviews to senior management.

/n

- Analyse regional and product-wise performance and identify gaps and opportunities.

/n

- Track sales KPIs including target achievement, growth, productivity, coverage, new customer acquisition, and collection performance.

/n

- Take timely corrective actions to address underperforming regions or products.

/n

Requirement:

/n

/n

- 12–18 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.

/n

- Solid experience in managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.

/n

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

/n

- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical markets, products, channels, and customer dynamics.

/n

- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

/n

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

/n

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

/n

- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
