- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to increase efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
- Data Modeling in Erwin and exposure in Data

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data structures and system interactions.
- Experience with database design principles and data architecture best practices.
- Ability to work with various data sources and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
