Job Title - General Manager - Events

/n

Location - Pune

Job Description -

/n

We are looking for a highly creative, execution-focused, and business-driven leader to lead our Experiential Marketing & Events Vertical. The role will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact experiences that drive footfalls, engagement, customer acquisition, and bookings across Krisala's residential, commercial, and township developments.

The ideal candidate will combine creativity with commercial acumen and possess a proven track record of delivering large-scale launches, activations, and customer engagement initiatives that generate measurable business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities -

/n

/n

- Lead execution of project launches, broker meets, investor events, and site activations

/n

- Design experience-led concepts aligned with brand positioning and buyer psychology

/n

- Drive footfall → engagement → conversion pipelines through events

/n





- Collaborate deeply with Sales teams for closure-focused execution

/n

- Own end-to-end event lifecycle (concept → execution → conversion tracking)

/n

- Manage agencies, vendors, and large-scale logistics /

/n

- Elevate site offices, sample flats, and launch environments to premium standards

/n

/n

Must Have Skills-

/n

/n

- Strong expertise in Experiential Marketing, Event Management, Brand Activations, and Customer Engagement.

/n

- Proven experience in executing large-scale real estate launches, sales events, investor events, or premium experiential campaigns.

/n

- Strong understanding of customer behaviour, event-led lead generation, and conversion-focused marketing strategies.

/n

- Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets, agencies, vendors, and multi-location event execution.

/n

- Strong project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and execution capabilities.

/n

- Ability to connect marketing initiatives directly to business outcomes, revenue generation, and customer acquisition.

/n

/n

Preferred Skills -

/n

/n

- Experience in Event Services, Real Estate, Hospitality, Luxury Brands, Retail, Experiential Marketing, or Large-Scale Consumer Businesses.

/n





- Proven track record of handling launches generating significant sales outcomes and high customer footfalls.

/n

- Strong vendor ecosystem across event production, experiential design, technology, entertainment, and hospitality partners.

/n

- Experience in designing premium customer journeys and immersive brand experiences.

/n

/n

Educational Background -

/n

/n

- MBA in Marketing, Brand Management, Event Management, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.

/n

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field from an AICTE-approved and/or UGC-recognized institution.

/n
