Responsibilities

- Understand client and product requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain software programs and modules for client deployment.
- Write, review, and optimize code while ensuring error-free implementation and compliance with project standards.
- Design, automate, and execute software validation test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root cause analysis, resolve system issues, and recommend system performance improvements.
- Document software solutions using specifications, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and formal reports.
- Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders on daily status, progress, risks, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to capture clarifications, gather feedback, and support on-time delivery.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, MIS reporting, and customer satisfaction objectives.




- Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements with engineering staff.
- Maintain current knowledge through continuing education, programming-language training, best-practice learning, and certifications.

Requirements

- 5–8 years of skilled experience is required.
- Experience with Android application development is mandatory.
- Ability to analyze requirements, system flows, data usage, processes, and software development needs.
- Ability to code, debug, test, automate validation, troubleshoot issues, and improve software performance.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, project managers, analysts, engineering staff, and functional teams.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical documentation, project reports, status updates, and replication details.
- Ability to maintain customer focus, respond to requests promptly, and follow business communication standards.
