Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Experience and knowledge in Stamping Die manufacturing process
- Checking manufacturing feasibility of sheet metal parts
- Perform complete process simulation in Autoform R12.0 software
- Able to provide suggestions on die face and part modification to achieve First time Right Engineering
- Knowledge of material properties, stress-strain curve, FLD curve for Steel, Aluminium, HSS, AHSS & UHSS materials
- Achieve 100% green simulation with operation wise Spring back Analysis and compensation strategy planning
